City Laneways and Rooftop Sunsets for The Membrey's

You may have heard the name Membrey as Tim is an AFL footballer who played for St Kilda at the time I photographed his wedding and now plays for my team Collingwood, which I'm very happy about. His lovely partner Emily is a photographer from Gippsland who I've met over the years so it was such an honour when she asked me to capture this for them.

Their actual nuptials happened quietly with just them and their grandparents as witnesses in a surprise lunch at Tinamba Hotel. But Em still wanted to do a shoot with the two of them with a city vibe that they love.

The day was really simple, just the two of them, a stunning floral arrangement which I collected from Naomi Rose Floral Design on my way, and preps with the two of them together at their home. We then jumped in my car and heading into the city for some gorgeous graffiti laneway and Melbourne grungy streetscape vibes. Then onto the rooftop of a carpark where there were views of the city skyline and epic sunset light. So Melbourne and so them!
